CommScope Technical Family Webinar

Please join us for the next CommScope Technical Family webinar, Network Native—Data Center Fiber Connectivity on August 10.

The adoption of computing, networking, and storage platforms are accelerating and lifecycles for these technologies are becoming shorter. These applications are more reliant on cabling and connectivity infrastructure in a Data Center Network (DCN). Traffic and capacity patterns must be scalable and available across the entire DCN, in the building and across the campus. The effects from merging legacy and current technology together can result in massively inefficient use of inter-room pathways and conveyances, as well as whitespace at the rack and room level.

This challenge was recently faced in a data center where, through the help of CommScope, a blueprint was developed for a more adaptable, simplified, and efficient fiber infrastructure. The result was the ability to adopt and scale current and future technologies without having to re-architect the DCN fiber connectivity. The sustainability savings resulted in a reduction of plastics, steel, and recyclable material.

Join us to focus on the efficient and sustainable components that were addressed through the iterations of technology leading up to and continuing to past our project.
