CommScope is offering a new 3U fiber splice panel, accepting up to 7 AGL splice trays, which provides up to 336 single fiber splicing or up to 1008 ribbon fiber splicing. The splice panel can be used to splice two blunt cables, serve as a transition box for external cables to internal cables, or to split a high-count cable into several smaller count cables.

Universal Faceplate Ordering Guide
CommScope has launched a series of different universal opening products: faceplates, surface mount boxes and outdoor outlet boxes. These products allow for the use of different CommScope form factor (M-series, SL and KJ) jacks to be used in the same port. This approach will also allow for easier management of inventory for CommScope distributors and end-users.

imVision System Manager 9.7: This release includes several enhancements to the fiber tracing and fiber routing architecture that translate into a more robust and faster user experience:
- MPO16 Port Type is available for add in the following objects
- Panel View shows MPO16 ports with lime green color
- Support for MPO16 to MPO16, MPO16 to 2 MPO8 and MPO16 to 8 LC Duplex assemblies
- Trace enhancement
- User can change focus in the site tree to a given node in trace by “double clicking” on the node and others
