CommScope strongly advises installing Service Pack 1 on ALL System Manager servers running version 9.6.1. that addresses an API communication bug.
Service Pack 1:
• Sets the Communication Method for all imVision patching zones to the CommServer Method.
• Includes important CommServer enhancements that maximize reliable communications between System Manager and the patching zones.
Note: The imVision System Manager 9.6.1 Service Pack 1 was posted on the imVision technical support portal on Wednesday August 31st.
Our unique WebTrak-Certified Report online system has been upgraded with a few new features:
• Upload multiple serial numbers
• Add a new field called “Part Number” which brings back the Material Number from the testing system
• Updates for QR Code experience, mobile views and video gallery
