CommScope Technical Family Webinar

Please join us for the next CommScope Technical Family webinar, “Structured Cabling System Infrastructure Best Practices” on November 9.

Cabling infrastructure is critically important. It is the lifeblood of the information systems, as it connects different information systems to one another, as well as to outside communication networks.

In this webinar, we will go through structured cabling system (SCS) best practices, as proper installation of SCS provides future investment protection.

Applying SCS best practices is key to minimizing current and future network risks.

Standards Byte

CommScope’s building and data center segment has developed a multidiscipline, multiphase plan to improve our sustainability efforts and outcomes and help our customers and partners do the same. The plan aligns our core competencies in network architecture, material science and technological innovation with critical environmental needs: energy reduction, waste reduction, and decarbonization. It defines how we respond to the market and the processes/systems needed to support future sustainability action.

An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is defined by ISO 14025 as a Type III declaration that is a transparent and objective report that quantifies environmental information on the life cycle of a product to enable comparisons between products fulfilling the same function. Click here to find the EPD for cables, found midway on the page.
